Mental Health First Aid is a training course that teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adults. The course covers common mental health concerns, how to offer support, and resources for professional help.
This training is open to anyone interested in learning how to support individuals facing mental health challenges, including rostered ministers, church leaders, staff, and volunteers.
