Upon completion of the registration, I understand that no refunds will be given for any reason. I understand that I will, in all cases, be expected to pay for any amount I have agreed to with this registration, regardless of if the payment is made by credit card, check, or cash and regardless of if the participant attends.

I also agree that payment for this registration is not a charitable tax-deductible donation.

Weather: If weather draws concern from Synod Staff, a decision may be made to cancel the event. If the event is cancelled, a refund of all registration fees less credit card processing and registrar fees will be given. If the Synod Staff assess that despite any weather the event will continue as planned, no refunds will be given in any amount.
