Must be between the ages of 15-30. Does not count towards minimum number of congregational voting members. S7.21.B17.

If you are an active rostered minister, but will not be attending the Synod Assembly, select this option.
You will have to complete this form for each congregational voting member that will NOT be attending. If your congregation has fewer than 175 baptized members, then you are only required to send one of the two allotted members.
Note: The abbreviation for Deacon is Dn. The abbreviation for Sister is Sr. The abbreviation for Brother is Br.
If you are a multi-point parish pastor, select "I serve a multi-point parish..." from the drop down list and a list of parishes will appear.
If your congregation or organization is not listed, select "Not listed..." and you will be able to enter in the name of your organization/congregation.
