Each participant is required to be connected with a Trip Leader who is also registered and present during the entirety of the event. Please select one Trip Leader for all participants you are bringing to the Gathering. It is advised that the trip leader be registered first. Registrations without a trip leader will not be accepted.

As many congregations join with other congregations, the Trip Leader's name will be how the Synod Office knows you are planning on arriving together.

Upon completion of the registration, I understand that no refunds will be given for any reason. I understand that I will, in all cases, be expected to pay for any amount I have agreed to with this registration, regardless of if the payment is made by credit card, check, or cash and regardless of if the participant attends.

I also agree that payment for this registration is not a charitable tax-deductible donation.

Weather: If weather draws concern from the LYO Board and NW MN Synod Staff, a decision may be made to cancel the event. If the event is cancelled, a refund of all registration fees less credit card processing and registrar fees will be given. If the LYO Board and NW MN Synod Staff assess that despite any weather the event will continue as planned, no refunds will be given in any amount.
